Good news! Mac has now turned "Lady Danger" into a regular item!

This is an orange-based shade which is a perfect compliment to golden and tan skin tones :)

Just a few reminders on applying red lipsticks:

1. Exfoliate lips

2. Moisturize lips then remove excess

3. Apply lipliner, it would help the color last longer. It will also lock sides of lips, preventing the color to stain around lip area. Preferably, use the same shade of lipliner or at least close to the shade of your lipstick because this will have an effect on the color (not unless that's what you really want).

4. Apply lipstick!

OPTION: Add lipgloss on center of lips to make your lips look plumper.

Super nail!

I feel prettier when my nails are clean and fab! I've always had long nails and changing nail paint is one of my favorite things to do in the world!

I've discovered Beauty Bar's Metallic Nails earlier this year and since then, i've been getting them regularly. I've actually tried all colors already! They come in different sizes for best fit :-)

My favorite chrome nails!

I call them "Iron Man" nails! (They're easily scratched off.)

Downside is, since these are glued on your real nails, layers of your nails are peeled off upon removal of the metallic plastic nails. You melt them in acetone before years of buffering, just imagine how much of your nails are gone!

I rested my nails for a month and discovered Super Nail in Hong Kong! These are also fake nails but in gel form which are molded on your real nails. You can choose from a lot (literally a lot) of colors and studs to put on your pretty nails.

I know these will also damage my nails but the thought that they're "permanently"molded on my real nails without worrying about each of my nail falling off everytime I hit something pretty hard is already something better for me. Besides, when your nails are damaged, will you want to display them? Of course not, so i'm covering mine! haha

Russian Red Lips

Today's lip color: Russian Red by Mac + Mac Lip Pencil in Cherry

I like the redness of Mac's most famous red shade, Russian Red. We all know that applying red lipstick isn't as easy as applying flesh shades, but with the help of Lip Pencil, your problem is solved! You basically trace the shape of your lips with it before application of lipstick, this will make your lip color more intense and stay a lot longer, plus, putting lipliner will prevent the color to stain around the lip area which is a common problem when wearing red lips.

Try Mac's Russian Red, my top favorite red lipstick! :-)

PS, make sure to keep your eye makeup subtle when wearing striking lip color.

How my fiance proposed :-)

My fiance is never the sweetest boyfriend in public, he was never expressive in front of ANYBODY. We've technically been together for almost 5 years and been living together for 3 years, for all those years, yes of course I fancied for a sweet proposal, but I NEVER expected the proposal to be in public! More this kind of public! Now I can say he really loves me, haha!

I really love lipsticks! I love how different colors can transform you from one look to another. From simple to glamorous!

One of my favorite brand is YSL. The texture is perfect! It's creamy yet pigmented, and color doesn't easily fade out unlike other creamy lipsticks. The smell is also fantastic and it moisturizes well too.

Pastel shades have always been a problem cause pastels don't conceal lip cracks, this what made me love YSL so much! The shade i'm wearing in this photo is #13, color is even and pigmented without the need of lipliner! Not to mention my dry lip condition due to change of weather in Manila. Yes other brands have nice pastels too, but i'm telling you, YSL pastel shades are the most perfect!
